Is the Discovery Call really free?
Yes. 20 minutes of our time with no obligation. We use it to understand your situation and decide together whether we’re the right fit. If we are, we’ll send a written fee quote within two business days of the call. If we’re not, we’ll usually be able to point you towards someone who is.
I’m based outside the UAE — can you still help?
Yes. Our client base is split between UAE-resident businesses and individuals, UK clients with UAE connections (business expansion, relocation, cross-border structuring), and international investors with UAE interests. Most engagements happen entirely remotely over Zoom, Google Meet and secure document sharing.
Do you handle UAE Corporate Tax registration and filing?
Yes — UAE CT registration with the FTA, impact assessments, Qualifying Free Zone Person (QFZP) analysis including the de minimis test, Corporate Tax return preparation and filing, and ongoing compliance. We also provide group-level advisory for cross-border structures.
Can you file our UAE VAT returns?
Yes. VAT registration, voluntary and mandatory thresholds, quarterly return preparation and filing, VAT advisory (place of supply, zero-rating, exempt supplies, reverse charge, imports/exports), and VAT health-checks for growing businesses.
How are your fees structured?
Most engagements are fixed fee — agreed in writing before any work begins, so you know exactly what you’re committing to. For larger advisory projects (restructures, cross-border transactions, Head of Tax work) we may propose capped time-and-materials. We never add surprises to invoices.
Are you regulated?
The Tax Lead Limited (England & Wales Co. No. 14111081) is a firm of Chartered Certified Accountants regulated by the ACCA, with Chartered Tax Adviser-led services. We’re registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority as a practitioner and are an IFZA Strategic Partner. UAE free zone establishment is in progress. External audit services are not provided and are referred to UAE-licensed audit firms.

Will you use my enquiry for marketing?
