How it works

Three-Step Introducer Model.

Step 01

You introduce

Email the client’s name and context to info@thetaxlead.ae, or ask them to mention your name on the Discovery Call. Simple.

Step 02

We scope UAE only

Discovery Call. Written UAE-side quote. The client’s primary relationship with you is untouched — we take the UAE scope and brief you on anything that interacts with your side.

Step 03

You keep the client

You remain the primary adviser. We send client-work-done reports to you quarterly. Clean division of labour; no poaching.

The commercial terms

Fair Terms. In Writing.

Standard introducer terms

  • No poaching commitment — written in our engagement letter with any introduced client. You remain the primary adviser.
  • Referral fee options — 10% of the first-year engagement fee as a one-off referral payment, or 5% of recurring fees for ongoing retainers for 24 months. Your choice.
  • Co-marketing available — joint webinars, co-branded playbooks, white-label content for your website. On request.
  • Fee-share compliant — both UK (ACCA) and UAE (FTA) regulatory compliant. Documented in writing.
  • Transparent client comms — we disclose the referral arrangement to the client in the engagement letter.
  • Minimum introduction size — AED 15k engagement fee for referral fee to apply. Lower-fee referrals welcome but no payment.
Common introducer questions

Introducer FAQ.

What if the client already has a UK accountant?
Perfect — the UK side stays with them. We handle the UAE arm cleanly and coordinate with the UK accountant directly on anything cross-border. Many of our best clients come via UK accountant introducers.
How do you handle data protection?
We only engage with the client once they’ve consented to the introduction. We’re UK GDPR and UAE PDPL compliant. See our Privacy Policy and standard data-processing clauses.
Can we white-label your content?
Our playbooks and insights content can be co-branded or republished with attribution under a creative-commons model. We also build bespoke white-label content for larger introducers. Email info@thetaxlead.ae.
How do you handle regulatory requirements?
We’re ACCA-regulated (UK) and UAE FTA-registered. Referral fee arrangements are fully compliant with both. We disclose the arrangement in writing to every introduced client in the engagement letter.
